How we use cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. One cookie is essential to keep you logged in. The rest are product-analytics cookies set by PostHog, and they are set only after you consent. We don't use third-party advertising cookies, and we don't sell your data. Our website traffic analytics (Umami) is cookie-free.

Cookies we set

Cookie Purpose Provider Duration
session Keeps you signed in (essential). CronSignal Session
ph_phc_*_posthog Identifies your browser across visits so product analytics are consistent. Set only after consent. PostHog (EU) 12 months
ps_consent Remembers your analytics choice (granted / denied) so we don't ask again. Stored in local storage, not a tracking cookie. CronSignal Until cleared

Exact PostHog cookie names vary by project key (shown as ph_phc_*_posthog). PostHog is hosted in the EU (eu.i.posthog.com). Umami sets no cookies and is therefore not listed.

Consent model & your choices

If you're in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, analytics cookies are set only if you accept them (opt-in), until then, PostHog runs in-memory with no cookie and collects nothing persistent. Everywhere else, analytics are on by default and you can opt out (opt-out) from the notice shown on your first visit. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser (this re-shows the banner) or by emailing us at [email protected].

See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of how we handle data, and our Terms of Service for the agreement governing your use of CronSignal.
